"add comment" facility missing from blog posts

Desperate help needed!
Can someone please respond to this query as it is very important? (no one did to the one posted on 9 July on the same subject and the issue still isn't resolved).
We have installed the Quantive template for WordPress using the rocket launcher package. We have disabled comments on all Pages, but enabled comments on Blog Posts.
However, when you go to a blog post via the front-end ( www.wmcpr.com.au ), the 0 Comments 'link' is shown but there is nowhere to actually type in the comment itself.
I've checked the standard WordPress setting as well as the Gantry settings, and the Comments are enabled.
Can someone please fix this problem asap. As far as I'm concerned there's no point in having a blog post if no-one can leave a comment.
Also, the website seems to take a long time to load. Any reason why this would be?
