I am trying to make my sitemap.xml file accessible to search engines, and the 403 error message tells me to check file permissions ( did that), and :
Restrictive Apache directives inside .htaccess file.
There are two Apache directives which can cause this error - 'Deny from' and 'Options -Indexes'.
So its denying access to XML files. What would I change in the following code to allow access to that XML file:

I didn't post the entire file (or my website) because I'm not sure what's secure and don't want to complicate things with more questions. I think the cure is in this portion of the file, I can provide more info if necessary.
