Bring Linkable logo to Front - SOLVED

Hi,
I am at the end of a project on this site : http://geemarc1.users35.interdns.co.uk/
As I have made some modifications to the mynxx template and moved the upper navigation bar topbar3 to the upmost part of the site, the logo is not clickable anymore.
The customer insists that topbar3 will be at that height.
How can I bring the logo to be in FRONT of topbar3 so its link to the homepage will work?
Please advice ASAP.

These sites help explain it a bit. This value of 60 is because the element covering it has a z-index value of 50 therefore I chose a value above 50 and 60 is a nice round number.
