rt-modulus-rocketlauncher invalid secutity token error

I keep getting this error every time I try to install the Sample Date from the rt-modulus-rocketlauncher 1.7.0
"rt-modulus-rocketlauncher invalid secutity token error"
For some reason it is causing the MySQL database to render errors.
IE: Some errors occurred while populating the database: Table 'papamik_WDK.ygqri_usergroups' doesn't exist SQL=-- -- Dumping data for table `ygqri_usergroups` -- INSERT INTO `ygqri_usergroups` (`id`, `parent_id`, `lft`, `rgt`, `title`) VALUES (1, 0, 1, 20, 'Public'), (2, 1, 6, 17, 'Registered'), (3, 2, 7, 14, 'Author'), (4, 3, 8, 11, 'Editor'), (5, 4, 9, 10, 'Publisher'), (6, 1, 2, 5, 'Manager'), (7, 6, 3, 4, 'Administrator'), (8, 1, 18, 19, 'Super Users')
It will install the database but when i try to log in it
I have tried several times. I have deleted and reinstalled the database. I have tried to add a new Super User in the Database. it all fails
I need an answer for this.
