Modification help on Nebulae Theme for phpbb3.

Hey there, i'm actually new to Rocket Theme and recently uploaded Nebulae to my forums. I was wondering about a few specific things i've been having trouble modifying.

1. I am trying to figure out how to change the link color to lime green instead of the darker green which is set by default.
2. I am looking for the image file representing the scroll over buttons at the top. (When you scroll over User Control Panel, FAQ, etc it's in dark green, but i'm looking to change it to lime green as well.)
3. How can I upload and install my own style of font?
