Themes expose user account names by displaying internal path

I've just performed a Sucuri Sitecheck on all of my Wordpress websites. Sucuri warned me that only the Rockettheme themes are displaying the internal path which shows my cpanel user account name.
The internal path being /home/useraccountname/public_html/wp-content/themes/rt_quantive_wp/index.php
I was able to resolve the issue with the Panacea version 1.2 theme by editing display_errors to Off in my php.ini directory. Unfortunately, none of the other themes will hide the information.
Please advise as I do not want malicious attackers to gain this information.
