No Menus in the site after RocketLauncher Intall

Yes, I am using go daddy. onlinedesert.net after several attempts and looking all over, each time I get the same thing. my menus don't go. I have edited the PHP5.ini file. My admin screens work perfectly just the main site has no menus... please look any help would be greatly appreciated.
I am new to Joomla... so sorry if posted in the wrong area.
