  • How do I get multiple templates in WordPress

    • Hi there,
      I have installed the Tachyon theme in Wordpress, and everything is going well. My one issue is that although I have the home page template set, I need a second template for all other pages. I can't figure out how to lay that out, Widgets, etc. It is such a common feature - it's got to be easy, right?

    • HI, you need to create an override, this allows you to have different widget configurations and layouts on different pages.

      demo.rockettheme.com/wordpress/wp_tachyon/tutorials/overrides/

      You might be better off setting up an override for your front page, then all the rest will use the default layout.
