    500 internal server with User Manager

    • Hello,

      When I try to edit or add a user in the User Manager I get a '500 - Internal server error'.

      When I contacted my hosts they say 'The issue seems to be with the missing files or components'.
      The hosts gave me a link to an error log (CGI errors log), but it said the error log is empty.

      Could someone please tell me what these 'missing files or components' may be and how I might resovle the issue?

    • what is ur CMS? wordpress or joomla? or something else?

      anyways u can check ur .htaccess file. backup the file. then upload blank .htaccess file to ur root. then see ur problem is still alive or not?

      I tried doing as you suggested but that does not appear to be the problem. I stll get the error. :|

    • The problem was solved with a Joomla upgrade!
