  • HELP!!! SITE DOWN & CAN'T ACCESS JOOMLA ADMIN

    • I get this when going to my site (can't login to Joomla admin either):

      Fatal error: Call to undefined method JSite::geCfg() in /home/content/27/6822627/html/templates/rt_tachyon_j15/index.php on line 50

      I have made no updates or newer version installs to Joomla or any other extension. It worked fine one day and the next everything was down. PLEASE HELP!

    • 1. Check you Apache error log files.
      2. Check your root/configuration.php file to make sure it's data is still okay.
      3. Once you've sorted this out Backup regularly with Akeeba Backup.
