Trouble Setting Up ArtioSEF

Hi,
Can I get someone to help me straighten out my ArtioSef? I've never had a problem before setting it up, but now for some reason, it's just not working out. I lose the pages every time I turn out the URL at global config. I've purged and everything, but nothing seems to work.
I'd really appreciate it if someone can walk me through it or tell me what I've done/am doing wrong, or even if there is a better SEF to use!

- I asked here because Artio takes forever to address concerns. I assumed since the original component was under the name of joomsef that I'd be able to get some help.

- Hm. I still don't understand how this has anything to do with RT? RT never developed this extension and if you have problems with it you really should ask in their forum. I am sorry to hear that their support takes forever to respond but the purpose of this forum is to solve issues with RT templates and extensions
