Specific page for administrator to share information

Hi,
What I am needing here seems very theoreticaly possible, I just have not done it before so I am having trouble figuring out exactly how to do it.
Here is what I need:
My site has secure login
My site already has about 10 users
I would like it so when a user logs in they have access to a page that has links specific for them that they can link to to get to secure forms. I already have the secure forms all figured out through Docusign. So that is not the question.
The question is how to make a new menu item that once logged in, each user can go to their own private page to get to their own specific page that has their individual private links.

What version of Joomla? Are we talking about just a small number of users or will this be growing ad-infinitum?

Hi there,
I didn't take it as being rude, but with no idea of which Joomla version it is impossible to consider the problem. Joomla 1.5 has 3 access levels whereas Joomla 2.5 has as many as you need.
In theory, with Joomla 2.5, you could create 20 user types and assign one to each user. Then create a menu with 20 links to 20 articles, each set to a specific usergroup. Once logged in the user would only see the menu item that relates to their individual user group. It is a manual system but in reality the only other option is to have someone build you your own extension.

Is there anything else I can do? Not running 2.5 only 1.5 because many of the other extensions I have running on the site are 1.5.
I would think that this is possible and has been done before. Hmmm... There has to be a solution.
