      It's not strictly a rocketheme forum question, but I try anyway.

      I'd like to master the art of building joomla templates from scratch, 0.

      But I actually don't know what type of skills and knowledge someone with this intention has to possess?

    • Hi,

      you should know how to handle PHP, HTML, Photoshop or Fireworks (for the design part), JavaScript if you plan to add more advanced features to the templates, database because you might have to store template configuration in database tables, etc....
