Donation page insecure because of 1 item I can't find

Hello:
I went to whynopadlock.com to find out why I'm getting a security warning on our donation page: www.h2oforlifeschools.org/index.php/dona...h?view=Contributions and found out that out of 301 items, there is 1 that is insecure. It is the following:
openid.net/images/login-bg.gif
What is this? Any advice?
