Questions and several issues with 2.5

Posted 12 years 3 months ago
    • Not sure what I clicked when in the template manager in 2.5.6 Kirigami template but I got a strange message (see attached screenshot) saying "you shouldn't be here @TODO" and it won't let me see, edit or adjust the template anymore.

Also, it seems as if the articles, modules and menu items won't let me edit them either. They have the lock next to them and once I check the box next to them and "check them in" nothing happens when I then try to open them. It just locks it.

Not sure what I am doing wrong or what I clicked in the template manager or how to correct it.

I've also uploaded the 2.5 extensions for Rok Feature Table and Rok Tabs which don't show up at all. Please help!

    • Please PM me login details so I can check first two issues.

Your last issue is the way Joomla 2.5 actually works. When you install module for the first time, in order to see it in module manager module list, you have to add it by clicking on New button in module manager toolbar 8)

    • Hello
I'm having the same issue with the theme I'm unable to edit the modules I upload to Joomla. I'm not sure how to enable the "allow_url_fopen" setting is that located in the admin panel? Any help would be appreciated thank you!

    • Parameter allow_url_fopen must be enabled in php.ini file. Contact your hosting support to set this parameter

    • Done, still no luck with editing any of my modules. I even reinstalled the modules after enabling the php setting.

    • I also did this "allow_url_fopen" and still having issues when I try to click on articles, templates, modules, etc to open them, the page refreshes and then locks but won't open. I completely reinstalled, ran jupgrade again, and it just starts happening. Not sure what I did [again] to have this happen again... frustrating and need to get this site up but can't work on it unless it allows me into these things.

    • This really doesn't have anything with our templates

I would suggest you to contact jUpgrade developers and report this issue with their support
