Installation on Linux IXwebhosting server.... Can't see ??

Good Morning,
Are there restrictions with Ixwebhosting or uploading a template to a folder in your domain? I have a license for 3 domains and I haven't used any yet.
I am newbee and I've attempted to upload the rocket launcher for Mynxx and Ralcyon to a test folder under my my main domain name ( www.domainname.com/testfolder ).
I've ftp'd the rocket launcher files and uncompressed them that way and I've ftp'ed the files individually to my subfolder and each time when I'm expecting the new install window, there is nothing.
Locally, using wamp there is no problem. I've even tried to do an akeeba backup and then upload the akeeba file and kickstart it, but all i get is a blank page. What am I doing wrong?

Hard to say without having FTP access.
Btw, PHP 5.2.6 is very very old and not supported by RT. You should use 5.3 or newer.
It's usually very simple to switch to PHP 5.3+ but you need to check with your webhost how to do it
