Go to Extensions > Extension Manager > Manage and check if they are listed twice there. You can also try installing one of the two and see if the other disappears. Remember to backup first

So updating one of them said:
Unknown Archive type
Update path does not exist
JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find Joomla XML setup file
Unable to detect manifest file
Despite above error written in red, it also removed the item from list.
Updating the remaining item, it gave same error, but with an additional blue confirmation:
Updating COM_INSTALLER_TYPE_TYPE_ was successful.

- Try installing the extension via the uploader. If the database is corrupt it may require a more drastic solution like this: www.rockettheme.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=157173
