Duplicate h1 tags

Hi there,
I have Fresco set up with Joomla 2.5.7, with sh404sef and set up for multilanguage.
In the site's 2nd language I get duplicate h1 tags, the first of which seems to be the menu alias. It also seems to be inserted by the template, and I am not sure why it only happens in one language.
