Cant upgrade to Gantry

Hi
Im tyring to upgrade to Gantry 4.1.
Ive checked i have all the min system requirements
And also checked the files are all green and writeable in system info
I get a error message
1 - An error has occurred.
Copy failed
Return to Control Panel
When I try to upload and install the package.
Any ideas what could be the issue.

You may have to upgrade Gantry manually. It might be a permissions issue as well:
