      I have sent a site live but now am having problems with the configuration of the template and use of the other buttons on the site.

      The site is using the ximenia theme and Roksproket, but we can not change any of the settings in the template management "ie on/off buttons, save button etc" and with roksproket the auto play will not work or will the nav buttons on either side.

      any help would be appreciated as the site is live and needs changes.

      PS. gantry, roksproket are upto date, running php 3.5.8, Apache and Joomla! 2.5.6
