SOLVED missing configuration

my hosting remove all my file for some reason.
and restore again.
but my site cant access :The requested URL /installation/index.php was not found on this server.is there any file missing or what?
installation folder already removed.
and my administrator show :
Fatal error: Class 'JError' not found in /home/sman70jk/public_html/administrator/includes/framework.php on line 35
pls help me.

yups, im trying to update all my file (replace with old file backup)
but use the latest database.
i find theres missing file in /includes
now the site on again but getting slowly (still cant find whats the problem
)..
but its ok..maybe time to make a new one with joomla 3.0 hehe
