I am glad that other members recognize that we are here to help people and that we are not "unprofessional and lazy" as iSpider mentioned. I have to say with grief that this guy never even tried to apologize for his language and behaviour in this thread although it is clear that we did everything we could to help him
If I may suggest or even request, could this post be taken down? iSpider's post was pretty offensive. The post that I made separately could be used to serve others with the same issue. I guess that's why I made the other one. I was disappointed to see the correspondence but did have to read through it to see the solution.
Please don't be discouraged by a poster like that. The Rocketeers have been immensely helpful to me when I post and it has turned me into a loyal customer. I really appreciate the expertise and the quick responses that I've had. It's made the difference for me succeeding or failing with my work.
thank you for your request and although I would gladly fulfil it, we don't remove forum threads no matter what, especially that kind of threads which shows that "issue" that was reported was not our fault and yet we did everything we could to provide help and solution. It is really not our fault if someone can't follow our suggestion and in turn that he is so unpolite and he behaves so badly that you couldn't believe it. In my country we have a term for such person but it would be very rude to post this term here
