We checked your membership and it seems that your membership expired back in 2010
Can you please tell me how did you get and install Cerulean template which was released in Dec 2012?
If you haven't purchased the template ( a mere $50 membership) then you cannot expect us to support you
Unfortunately there are many unscrupulous people in the world. Some like to take club templates and give them away on Warez sites, usually after they have inserted some malicious code for search engine adverts etc.
I do hope that you are well insured in case your client's website becomes compromised and they look for compensation.

I apologize for the confusion, that was a previous account i used for a client. My current account is believewebsites. for some reason the other name popped up and i didn't notice when i logged in.
I emailed customer support as well, who mentioned it could be a sever problem. the first site dev2.believewebsites.com is on rochen, and the second, which i just installed to verify this is installed on akuiken.arvixevps.com/~christch/ (arvixe) and have the same error (using akeeba kickstart to reinstall the same site).
I would appreciate any help you could offer. Sorry I'm not as unscrupulous as you thought
