Can not change any Crystalline settings anymore

Hello this is my first post on the forum, never had any problems with change anything on my Crystalline theme. But when I went to change it today this is what it shows me. I will paste a step by step on what I am doing.
First clicked here

Before when I cliked on the theme it opened up the configurations for the theme. Can some one help me on whats going on. Thank You
