how to edit affinity theme

- Hi all I have a site which I used Affinity as the theme.Now it is switched on style 3 but I would like to change it to another style. I would like to know how can I make the same margins on top were there is the logo I'm attaching a picture here to show what I mean. These line were created by the one who made the logo and know I lost his contact details .The site name is www.melitahamstery.com . Thanks in advance.
