Can't enable Google Analytic with Kiragami template.

I have tried using the Kiragami template Google Analytics feature and have also tried installing the code in the head of index.php.
I can see some interaction with google when looking at transactions using Fiddler, but Google Analytics says the tracking code is not installed.
Looking at the code for the homepage, the google script has been combined with some roksprocket script.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
