Could Clear Cache destroy CSS?

Hi, I have had one problem after another with my business site in the last week. I finally got it back up and running and was tweaking a few minor things that got shifted during backup/restore... while trying to get sh404sef working again I did something that destroyed portions of the css on the site... the fonts are wrong and the background images... most of the module styling as well.
I'm still in testing mode so the domain isn't set up - I can provide the root link but would prefer not to post it publicly. Not sure how safe that would be for the server???

Hello,
Unfortunately, there appears to be a lot of sh404sef issues. Try googling "sh404sef css problem".
You can always revert back to the site before you configured sh404sef with your backup. - Kind regards,
