all my rockeththeme sites have same issue.
they work but display this at the top

and then The RokSprocket Module needs the RokSprocket Component enabled.
also my non rocket theme sites just display this

as another thread says this is not a rocksproket problem.

Can you access the admin? Set debug on and reporting to maximum and see what further information you get.
