com-aicontactsafe-statuses in my URLs

Hello,
Problem is that for changed and new menu items, this com-aicontactsafe-statuses or com-aicontactsafe-attachments pops up in my URL. I have aicontactsafe installed for my contact form.
- I have Joomla 2.5 latest.
- I only use native Joomla SEF, nothing else.
- I renamed my htaccess to .htaccess.
- I have caching disabled.
- I do not use RokBooster.
AFTER I renamed my htaccess and when I enabled SEF, all URLs were perfect. Then I changed two menu items (new alias name), and for these two pages, this aicontact safe comes in between. From what I read it has to do with my SEF, but I cannot find the solution, also the developer waives the issue away. He says it has nothing to do with aicontactsafe. Please help.
My two URLs look like this...
/index.php/com-aicontactsafe-attachments/com-aicontactsafe-profiles/sitemap
index.php/com-aicontactsafe-statuses/cookie-statement

I have to disappoint you also because this is really not an issue with any of our templates or extensions. Your best option is to post this issue in official Joomla forum. We really can't provide support for 3rd party extensions
