Remove menu bar padding on right

Could really use some help moving over my menu bar. I have worked thorough the examples on the forum and come up with this custom.css code:
#rt-header .rt-block {padding-left :40px;padding-bottom :15px;float:center;}
This aligns it correctly on the left side but I cant work out how to remove the padding on the right so it lines up with the showcase module below.
