Hi there,
I hope there is someone here with useful tips. I have installed the Stratos template ( bit.ly/184rs1m ). I also have installed RokBooster. But still my site is a little bit slow.
Are there other usefull plugins or simple tips to make my site faster?

Please do not post extensions/template specific questions in the "General configuration and security" forum. You should post in the extension forum or template forum as appropriate. Your site is loading in 4.21 seconds for me. most of that (2.13 seconds) is waiting for your server to respond - this is usually a sign of "cheap" hosting whereby the hoster is deliberately running the servers with more websites that they should really handle.
That said - I also note that you are downloading some pretty chunky images on your page - that do not need to be that size (as you are rescaling them down in size anyway - that will take even more time on top of the download time) - so I'd suggest that you optimise these images.
Also, your getting a 400 bad request on your google font.
