    • Once I install the new template updates our site is no longer accessible. However, only the home page. But some content can still be accessed. Any ideas?

      www.ojaf.at - dont work
      www.ojaf.at/ojaf-stuff/jugendcoaching - work
      template: cerulean

      Thanks a lot.

    • Hi there,

Do you mean template updates or Joomla updates? What version of Joomla are you using? If it is Joomla 3.2 then this is breaking many sites.

Joomla 3.X is Short Term Support and is meant to help developers test their extensions in readiness for Joomla 3.5 and as such every release will create problems as the Joomla team introduce new code and changes. I will not put any of my clients to J3 until 3.5 has been out a few months and the bugs are ironed out.

You could try turning on debug and set error reporting to maximum and see what other information is then displayed.

      Hope this helps 8)

    • Hi there,

Can you PM me with a temporary Super Admin access please and I will take a look to see what the cause may be. Please include the link to this post for ease of reference.

    • Hi there,

Thanks for the access. I have trawled numerous posts (of which most relate to Virtuemart 2) but with none similar to yours.

I reinstalled latest gantry but no change.

Checked all the usual settings in case of issues. Nothing found.

I tried other templates (Beez5) and still had same problem.

In the end I checked every module that was assigned to the home page - It turned out that you had a RokGallery module published to various pages yet the assigned gallery had no images published. In effect you were publishing an empty gallery and this is what created the error...

Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /www/htdocs/v134716/web/libraries/gantry/gantry.php on line 267

I have unpublished the module and your site is back again.

If this resolves your problem then please edit your first post in this thread by adding SOLVED at the start of the title and then select the green tick icon. This lets the moderators know that it can be moved to the solved section.

      Thanks for your cooperation :)

    • Hi David!

I've looked at the gallery and since images are included. After activate again, I always get this error message:
Fatal error: Out of memory (of allocated 401 866 752) (tried to allocate 79 bytes) in / www/htdocs/v134716/web/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysqli.php on line 498

After consultation with our provider we got already assigned the highest possible memory. Can it be that requires or caches the Rock Gallery so much memory?

      Thx Fatih
