I can't overwrite css

Hi,
I'm trying to modify css compiled as I already did several time without any problem.
In this case, after a few refresh, everything comes back as it was before.
If I upload again the css I see the modifications I did but after a few minutes, everything disappear.
Is there a solution? Maybe some settings...

NEVER ever change files in "css-compiled",
instead of that create a custom css file

and use css specificity to override the css rules from the template.
