SOLVED Warning: Creating default object from empty value - Error

I'm getting the following error on my Maelstrom theme. It is above the large sliding images and repeats itself about 6 times then the sliding images appear below the repeated warning:
Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home3/ccanyon/public_html/modules/mod_rokstories/helper.php on line 260
Any idea why this has started happening?

@ccanyon, this worked for me:
Add this to your php.ini or create a new one and place in the root:
display_errors = Off
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE & ~E_DEPRECATED & ~E_STRICT
and now my Joomla 1,5 runs with no problem on php 5,4 - Send moderators PMs ONLY if they request it.
