Menu dose not show as an overlay panel tree using mobile devices ?

Using Oculus template on Joomla 3.3.1 installation gives problem, do to the menu dose not show as an overlay (menu set to panel). It works fine using other rok template?

It looks pretty much the same to me? What specifically do you mean - Please do a screengrab of your problem and annotate to make it clear. Those sites are using completely different templates and positions for the menu - so there's bound to be some difference?
