i only get backgrounds on installed templates nothing else

not sure what is going on here but it has me scratching my head
ok so am building a new site from the ground up (thankfully) and i had the site built but wanted to re build it and so i went to the host gator cpanel and removed the joomla install.. 3.3.3 and then started over but i noticed all the folders were not removed so i ftp to the site and wiped out every thing and really started from scratch.. And that is where the problem begin..
now when i reinstall joomla all i get from my rocket theme templates are the backgrounds or maybe a logo that is it i have now tried 3 diferent templates and i get the same thing with each one please pelease help thanks so much here is the URL

any help would be greatly appericated as i am at my wits end and o yea just to spice things up a bit. The default template that comes wiht joomla works like a champ... but i did have to turn off URL rewrites.

It turns out you've inadvertently discovered a bug
I've submitted a ticket to our internal bug tracker about this issue.
I set your Template Manager -> Style TAB -> Load Transitions -> to OFF.
Out of curiousity, since this appears to be a new site why didn't you install a Clarion RocketLauncher?
For Joomla 2.5.x and 3.0.x we offer 3 installation packages:
1. RocketLauncher which contains:- the latest Joomla core installation
- the template itself
- a mix of Rockettheme extensions
- the Gantry framework which is like the Control Panel for the template.
This package needs an empty folder on your server. Use Cpanel to upload the ZIP file and extract out all the files or use an FTP client to upload all the extracted files from your local drive to the empty folder. This will get your Joomla core installed, the template and the Gantry framework. During installation choosing to install "Sample Data" will make the installed site look like the demo. However with our newer templates the "Sample Data" step is SKIPPED as it's automatically done for you.
2. Bundle- the template
- the Gantry framework
3. Template Standalone- which is the template itself.

Well that is a real bummer drag but thank you for your help i guess i will sit tight untill such time as you guys can work this out thank you so much.
The only reason that i dont use the rocket launcher is because i dont need all the extra stuff it comes wiht i have used it in the past but for sites that require a lot of work i tend to start with the bare minimum... and build up from there i am a bit OCD when it comes to the sites i build.
for example i tried reinstalling joomla and these templates 17 times before i posted documenting every step of the way... But thank yo so mery much for your assistance in this matter I really do appericare it.
can you please tell me what the next steps are thank you so very much. Also if you think that using the rocket laucnher will help get this up and running faster i will most definalty use the package.

No stick with the standalone, I was just trying to clarify your situation for myself.
When a fix is issued it will show up here -> http://www.rockettheme.com/product-updates
However it might be awhile as it's an older template and the dev team as a lot of exciting developments on theit plates right now.
So in the interim I would use the Ximenia template which is pretty close to Clarion. Develop on that and when the fix is released you can sitch out the template then.
So could this be an option for you?

hi there,
i see your site is not loading mootools, which is why it loads with js errors which may be causing that issue with load transitions. could you install roknavmenu and then enable the load transitions setting again that dan disabled for you as a workaround?
we do have a fix for the mootools issue in the next clarion update release which we are preparing at the moment.
