SOLVED HELP! Site won't load after updating extensions

Hi, I am using the Vermillion template on peipioneercemetery.com (I shared this in the showcase a while back). Yesterday, I did a few of the suggested upgrades, and the site would not load anymore. I had my host restore a backup, and I believe all the files are still there, but the site will not load. I recognize that this may not be related to Rocket, but I am at my wits end, and am hoping and praying that there is someone here who will recognize some possible troubleshooting options that I can investigate.

clear server and browser cache.
Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.

- since you are in the Joomla template club I will assume this is the Joomla Vermilion. Are you able to access the back end of the site? If so, please set Error Reporting to Maximum, in the Global Configuration.

MrT and CDavis - you guys are awesome! I just posted that help message and you offered to help right away - amazing!
The Tech Support at my hosting company resolved the issue - they don't quite understand what was wrong, but something in the core Joomla got corrupted when I did some of the suggested upgrades yesterday, so everything is working now. I am a little skittish to even log into the site right now, so am going to give it another day before I attempt any upgrades.
I really appreciate the help that you guys and others on this forum provide - you are phenominal! I hope you both have a good day!

- If you do not already have it I highly suggest using Akkeba Backup. Akeeba backup makes it quite easy to copy and deploy or restore a site. There is a free version here www.akeebabackup.com/products/akeeba-backup.html
