Problem with template menu

- I am trying to make a multilingual site with my camber template, but when I try to make a new top menu in other language it´s impossible since the template only requires one menu and it gets misconfigured once I use the one from the module manager and not the template manager.

- I was not able to do this without my site crashing out. Can I have second joomla install inside my root joomla install for my Spanish site (same template CAmber), without using another license?.

I followed this guide a few times and never had problems.
If your site crashed you did something wrong or you don't meet the minimum system/server requirements.
Check php version, php-memory etc.
