Roketlauncher dont works PHP 5.5

Hi
we are new here into the roketforum.
We will installed today one of the Joomla 3.x Templates over the Roketlauncher.
But evertytime we come not more as the first page with Websitename and Admin and email.
If we press next >> the same site is reloading.
We check the php.ini and find no issues.
We work with php5.5.12 on Centos Server 6.5.x
Standalone installation with joomla 3.3.6 works fine.

I run PHP 5.5.x and 5.6.x on my MAMP for WINDOWS all the time and haven't had issues installing anything.
As for your settings:
open_basedir = "/var/www/vhosts/dxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/:/tmp/"
Joomla prefers this setting to be: open_basedir = "none"
For Joomla to day 64M is a bare minimum. If possible upgrade to 256M.
memory_limit = 64M
To avoid ownership issues it's preferable for the Web Server to PHP interface to be set as CGI / FastCGI rather than apache2handler.

many thanks for your Response.
i check your ideas but it dont works.
I change the Memory to 240M.
and change the OpenDirectory too. Get it none or leaf it blank we get a error message that php dont can open scripts.
The php.info you find as security info

Hmm.. Sorry that iam a Newbie here. My hopness was to get a support. But to give us not a Answer
of our Question, is not that was we understand under Supoort.
We fix the problem at self. It is a Issue with Joomla 3.3 and higher and PHP 5.5
We build a new server with more than one php Version on it. from 5.3 until 5.6.
With 5.4 and 5.6 the Roketlauncher works fine. If we install Php 5.5, it dont works on two of our Server Systems.
