Hello. I bought a template Metropolis After the installation site is not opened. White sheet. Admin panel too. Sent a letter to the hosting. Attach a file error_log: [08-Mar-2015 22:34:48 Europe / Helsinki] PHP Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in / home / ,,,,,, / public_html / libraries / joomla / document / html / html. php (507): eval () 'd code on line 507
Answer came:Hello!
The error message appears because it is used in a very precarious and dangerous eval () function ( php.net/eval ), which on our servers server for security purposes has been closed and is not available.
What can be done ?

The code that you are referring to comes from Joomla core - so you should ask about this on on their forum. This is not code that is part of the metropolis template - we just include joomla core as part of the rocketlauncher package.

I checked with our DEVS too - Joomla uses EVAL everywhere so you suhosin rules need to be relaxed if you are to be able to run Joomla at all.

I think I've already answered your question - the "issue" is core joomla - not our template. You will need to relax your suhosin rules to allow eval as joomla uses it everywhere.

ok. I just put Jumla. And install only 2.4mb Metropolis template. And this template is not shown in the template manager. I can not install it by default. Other templates are set and your can not. What is the problem? If it was free template I would not worry. But I paid money for it, and I would like that it worked.

If you installed only the template - then presumably you have not installed gantry? roknavmenu? roksprocket? rokcandy? - in other words all the things that the template needs to work?
Please would you post your URL, superuser id and pswd in the secure tab of your post and i'll have a look for you.

Your suhosin settings still have eval disabled - joomla cannot work with this setting as it is - get your host to change this - if they won't then find another hosting company.
