Somewhere you've placed a <div> and you haven't closed that with a </div>
that is the only possibility...
it's either in your article or a custom html module...
tinymce is terrible at code... I'd suggest toggling to codemirror in your global config if you ever want to add code to an article or custom html module...
rokpad is good too...
JCE is a good rich text editor that won't strip code when you toggle it... set Validate HTML to NO it the JCE global options
