Please don't post everything in the secure tab otherwise other members can't see what you wrote. Only use it for confidential information.
1. error fixed by reinstalling gantry
2. logo turn off in template manager and a new customhtml module create containing text and assigned to header-a position
3. This template won't be responsive because you've used the Fixed version of the template and not the responsive version.

This isn't the way the forum works. You need to post in the correct template forum and keep your topic to one question (or very closely related questions). This is to be fair to all members and to stop topics going on forvever with unrelated question that are not reflected by the title of the topic (which in this case was not that meaningful either).
You can raise as many topics as you like (there's no limit), always remember to post a url and access details in secure tab too.
Now I cannot access your site anyway (see screenshot).

Thank you very much for your kind advise but I used this medium because I cant publically post my site login details in the public forum that is why i choose to use this medium. It is noted i will use the public forum for any more issues. However the site is back online now kindly assist me with the 3 issues in my last requst and i will be done with this medium.

I am not asking you to post any confidential information in public tab, you should always use the secure tab for that. What I asked is that you don't post general correspondence (your questions) in the secure tab because other members can't see what you wrote at all.
Also, What I am saying is that you should keep one topic to to one question (or very closely related questions) and that you should avoid "shopping list" type posts (1. I want this, 2., I want that. 3. can you...) Those should all be separate topics (you can raise as many topics as you like there is no limit).
If you really mean you tried to use the contact form of my personal site then I have checked that and it is working perfectly? The error message suggests to me that you did not complete one of the fields on the form.
1. done (template manager > style - style panel - off
2. done (template manager > preset button > choose preset 6 - save
3. I don't see anything wrong with your slideshow the whole image is displaying (with graduated fade at bottom) as it should be.
When asking for help in forum always turn any autoplay OFF.
