Callisto sidebar is shrink (perhaps after gantry is updated)

Please help, I have callisto template using with Joomla 3.4, I was fine when I had first created the page and let it run for sometime without changing anything, but update some module including gantry. Today I found out that some of the page that has sidebar on the right side had shrink and the layout of that section is mess, inspite the other pages that have the same layout doesn't have this issue.
COuld you guide me for what it could be the issue

You membership appears to have expired? Support does require a current membership.
