Installing Joomla 2.5

    • After loading the Rocketlauncher 2.5 and logging into my Admin I receive the expected message:"PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY
      REMOVE THE INSTALLATION FOLDER." I remove the Installation folder but when I go back to Admin I get lots of error messages such as:

      "Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home1/remiceng/public_html/remipencilportraits/libraries/joomla/plugin/helper.php on line 59"

      "JDatabaseMySQL::query: 1146 - Table 'remiceng_remipencilportraits.jos_extensions' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT extension_id AS id, element AS "option", params, enabled FROM jos_extensions WHERE `type` = 'component' AND `element` = 'com_languages'"

      etc.

      Any ideas? Thanks

    • Go to Admin -> Extend or Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Database and if there are errors then in the upper RH corner of the page, if so click the FIX button.

    • On the page with the errors there is no access to Admin. On the "PLEASE REMEMBER TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE INSTALLATION FOLDER" page there is an Admin button but when clicked it gives the same errors as stated in my first message.

      I appreciate you help

      So using your cPanel or FTP client, when you go to your site is there a [JOOMLA-ROOT]/installation folder?

      Okay...any chance you have Global Configuration -> System -> Debug -> Enabled?

      If not Would you please send me Cpanel access info and place it in the SECURE part of your Reply
