SOLVED Positioning issues

    • Hello,

Would appreciate some help, I had this working on Joomla 2.5 but can't replicate it on 3.4

      capital-aluminium-extrusions.co.uk/

The RokSprocket Tabs need to only take up around 3/4 of the page width so that the sidebar "News and Machinery" moves up to be level with it. I can't see a setting to change the width of it, is there one or do I need do something else?

I've got RokSprocket Tabs as maintop-a and the others using sidebar a.

Also the "News" box doesn't quite have the functionality that it did have on the old site, before the text appeared when you moused over it - I've copied the HTML directly am I missing a plugin or something?

      Thanks for any help.

    • David,

      Take a look here:
      demo.rockettheme.com/live/joomla/ximenia...res/module-positions

I believe you want RokSprocket Tabs to be in content-top-a.

For the news box. Not sure as I'm not a developer, but I did notice this:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    • Many thanks Tom that fixed it.

One other question, where is the module/component/article that holds the content showing as "Home" near the middle of the page? I suppose this is simply a title but I can't find where it is coming from.

      Any clues?

Do I need to start another thread?

      Thanks again.

    • It's definitely a module. Go into module manager and search for "Home"

    • I might take a look at the Home menu. Where is it pointing to, if it is pointing to any categories and then I check those categories for content.
