    • Please be specific as to what browser version/OS/device you're using...

      Please test against our demo to see if the same is true there.

    • I still don't know what device you're testing from... I also do not have a Mac/iPhone...

      Try disabling all non-RocketTheme plugins and see if you come across a conflict... also ensure that all of our plugins, especially Gantry, are up to date

      well I did nothing happened , have you tried to log in and have a look ?
      all plugin up to date
      I use safari iphone 5s , galaxy phone , also when using firefox desk browsers or any browsers when minimize the size of screen it does not show the mobile response version

    • You have your Layout Mode set to 960fixed on your Theme Settings > Default Settings > Advanced Tab... change that to Responsive

    • That's not what I'm seeing... clear your browser cache on whatever device you're testing from... I see all your content in mobile mode
