    • Hi

      TABLE '*******_BIZ.KS31I_ROKCANDY' DOESN'T EXIST SQL=SELECT * FROM KS31I_ROKCANDY WHERE PUBLISHED=1
      ******* = my edit
      Showing on new, basic bilingual Joomla site. I have installed the Epsilon template, and updated with the recommended extensions.
      Adding the last extension Rokcandy generated the result.
      I am unable to access any part of the site (front or backend).

      Previous to this I also noticed that after adding the new template the main menu for the secondary language disapeared completely.
      This may be a similar issue to www.rockettheme.com/forum/gantry-framewo...enus?start=0#1202976

      The english flag works fine, but clicking the Polish flag, the menu disappears. (should just display 'home')

    • I can't access admin at all because that error shows. You will need to use phpmyadmin on your database and disable the "rokcandy" plugin in order to be able to get back into your site.

    • Thanks for the advice, do you know which table I am looking for, and what edits I do to the table contents?

      I have never disabled a plugin before in Joomla.

    • Yes it's the "extensions" table find the rokcandy entries and change the "enabled" flag to "0" (disabled). Be careful though, backup first if you can, you can do a lot of damage with phpmyadmin to your joomla system.

    • Ok so, as your rokcandy installation was still bad I just uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and this has fixed rokcandy.

      So what is the issue with your menu now?

    • Yey! thanks again, thats a good result

      With the Main Menu... you'll see two flags on the left hand side, a UK one and a Polish.

      The page defaults to UK. If you load the site, then click on the polish flag, the main menu vanishes (there should be a 'home' link on the top right).

    • You had only partly completed the multi-lingual set-up... there were no template langauge overrides create - so I created them for you...
