Magento: Add Minimum Order Quantity to Not Logged In Product View

I am using Kirigami theme for my site
gmswholesale.com
Below the "Email to a Friend" and Availability: In Stock, I want to add the Minimum Quantity Order (Minimum Quantity in Cart) for the product view for both logged in and not logged in customers. Can someone direct me to where this code can be changed. I am not sure if this is in a phtml template, or is located in an XML file.
Any direction or code for this would be greatly appreciated.

\app\design\frontend\base\default\template\rokmagemodules\rokmage-productview\rokmage-productview.phtml
