Rockttheme Templates refuse to open for editing

Generally, I rocketlaunch and set up my Joomla Websites on localhost (offline) and ascertain everything is fine before uploading online.
In the past few days, I just noticed that I cannot open and edit the respective Rockettheme Templates from the Administrator Backend.
After I open the Templates Manager, I click on the Rockettheme Template and it pretends to be opening for over 15 minutes or more; and finally never opens. This is the case with all my Websites on localhost using the Rockettheme Templates.
Can someone help me with a solution ?

- We generally can't get involved with server or local lamp stack troubleshooting... just to clarify, is it local or live server hosting your talking about? is it Gantry 4 or Gantry 5? Do new/fresh RocketLauncher installs do the same thing? What PHP Handler are you running?
