    SOLVED Inquiry re: Joomla Osmosis v1.6

    Posted 8 years 9 months ago
    • Currently running on localhost actual website unavailable. I need help with frontpage layout. Must move roksprocket in showcase-a position to a page other than Home.

      Problem I'm having, when the roksprocket module is disabled, the sidepanel and maintop modules float up to fill showcase position, this halfen the background picture. I need the whole background picture thats not covered with sidepanel and maintop modules.

      Is there a way under template layout to keep same spacing of sidepanel and maintop although roksprocket is not active?

      Thanks in advance

    • Please do not post extensions/template specific questions in the "configuration and security" forum. You should post in the extension forum or template forum as appropriate. Most of these forums are for members who have a current PAID membership. Our priority is always to assist paying members.

      Thank you for your understanding.

      You can set a minimum height on the header surround...
      #rt-header-surround {
          min-height: 100vh;
      }

      This is how to create a custom CSS compatible with Gantry 4...

      Simply create a file called "<TEMPLATENAME>-custom.css" and put this file in the CSS folder of the template (where <TEMPLATENAME> is the name of the template as seen in template manager e.g. rt_iridescent would be rt_iridescent-custom.css). GANTRY4 will automatically load this CSS file. If you wish, you can also have browser specific files by appending, for example, "-ie9" making the filename "<TEMPLATENAME>-custom-ie9.css"

      Regards, Mark.

    • For whatever reason, prior to posting here, I couldn't find extension/templates section from forum index even with a search for Osmosis. Probably morning brain fog.

      Thanks. Snippet works perfectly.

    • You can't find the forums because your subscription has expired and you therefore no longer have access to the paid forums.
